DESCRIPTION:

Cynarex is a drug traditionally used in the treatment of indigestion and decreased bile secretion.

Cynarex is a traditionally used medicinal product whose effectiveness in the indicated indications is based solely on long-term use and experience. Its active substance is dry extract of artichoke herb. Artichoke extract has cholagogenic and choleretic properties. This makes it easier to digest fatty foods. It also protects liver cells. The cynarin contained in it supports the functioning of the liver and gallbladder. Artichoke extract also reduces total cholesterol (LDL and HDL fractions combined) and triglycerides in blood serum. Thanks to this, it can be used preventively by people who are at risk of elevated cholesterol levels and by people who have already been diagnosed with it, as a complement to the therapy prescribed by a doctor. It also has diuretic and detoxifying properties, thanks to which it helps cleanse the body of harmful metabolic products.

INDICATIONS:

It can be used as an auxiliary agent in hypercholesterolemia as a reducing agent. the level of cholesterol and triglycerides in blood serum (prevention of atherosclerosis) and traditionally as a protective measure in people who are exposed to toxic substances excreted in the bile (including carbon disulfide).

DOSAGE:

Adults and adolescents over 14 years of age: in case of indigestion, 2 tablets once, as an aid in hypercholesterolemia or as a protective measure in people exposed to toxic substances excreted in the bile, 2 tablets 3 times a day.

STORAGE HOW TO:

The medicine should be kept out of the sight and reach of children. Store at temperatures below 25°C. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Store in the original package in order to protect from light. Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the bottle label and carton. The expiry date means the last day of the given month. Medicines should not be disposed of via wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medicines you no longer use. Doing so will help protect the environment.

INGREDIENTS:

1 tablet contains: artichoke herb dry extract 250 mg (extractant: ethanol 50% v/v) and excipients: microcrystalline cellulose with the addition of colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, talc.

Like any medicine, this medicine may cause side effects, although not everyone will experience them.

When using Cynarex, the following may occur: – Immune system disorders (allergic reactions in people who are allergic to artichokes or other plants from the artichoke family Asteraceae (formerly Compositae) – frequency unknown. – Gastrointestinal disorders (mild digestive system symptoms) – rare.
