Manti Extra is used for the symptomatic treatment of hyperacidity of the stomach and the resulting symptoms, e.g. heartburn, indigestion and epigastric pain.

Manti Extra, 12 chewable tablets

Famotidinum, Magnesium, Calcium

Description

Manti Extra is a combination of three active substances: famotidine, used to reduce the production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach, and two antacids (reducing the concentration of stomach acid) - calcium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide. Manti Extra is intended to alleviate the symptoms of indigestion or stomach hyperacidity.

The active ingredients in Manti Extra work in two ways: calcium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide work by quickly neutralizing excess acid already produced in the stomach, leading to rapid pain relief, while famotidine inhibits the production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach and exerts more long-lasting effect, reducing the acidity of gastric juice for 10-12 hours. The combination of these two actions effectively maintains proper acidity in the stomach, allowing the soothing of the irritated mucosa.

Indications

Manti Extra is used in adults and adolescents over 16 years of age for the short-term symptomatic treatment of ailments related to hyperacidity of gastric juice, such as:

  • heartburn,
