Recipe for Cold cheesecake with crystal jelly and strawberries

Ingredients:

  • 800ml water
  • 3 Crystal jellies with strawberry flavor - vanilla
  • 70 g of round sponge cakes (approx. 14 pieces)
  • 250 ml of chilled cream 30% fat
  • 1 kg of cottage cheese from a bucket and 120 g of sifted sugar powder (or 700-800 g of homogenized cheese with vanilla flavor)
  • 10-12 strawberries
  • A round form with a diameter of 24 cm

Preparation method :

Jelly for decoration: boil water and measure 500ml. Add one Crystal Jelly and mix until completely dissolved. Cool and set aside until slightly set.

Cheesecake: Line the bottom of the baking tin with biscuits. Boil water and measure 300 ml. Add two Crystal Jell-Os and mix until completely dissolved. Set aside to cool.

Mix the cottage cheese and sugar (or cheese). Gradually pour the cooled jelly until the ingredients are combined. Beat the well-cooled cream with a mixer and add it in portions to the cheesecake mixture. Mix thoroughly with a mixer (before pouring the cheese mixture into the mold, leave it in the fridge for 5 minutes). Pour everything into a mold and leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Take the cheesecake out of the fridge. Place strawberry halves or slices on it and pour slightly thickening jelly over it. Put the cheesecake in the fridge until the jelly sets.

Enjoy :)
