✔️ A weightlifting belt is one of the most necessary training accessories for strength training people and bodybuilders as well as fans of CrossFit training. This element supports the lower back to avoid injuries during training. In addition, it increases safety in exercises such as squats, deadlifts and other demanding exercises.
➡️ How to use a weightlifting belt? h2>
✅ The weight lifting belt should be used in strength training when working at a level above 80% of your maximum for 1 repetition (1RM), and in very demanding sets (many repetitions, pauses) at a lower weight .
✅ After putting the belt on, make sure it fits well - neither too loose nor too tight. You should be able to fit one or two fingers between the belt and your body - this is the space you will fill when you inhale into your diaphragm.
✅ If you plan to use the belt in a given training, it is a good idea to do at least one of the warm-up sets already wearing the belt, so that nothing will surprise us during the main sets.
